CORPORATE HEAD OFFICE

             In order to support the company’s constant growth, PTJavier Group of Companies invested and constructed SANKRISKA Building. This newly constructed building serves as Primeworld Manpower Services new home. The building and its facilities enables PMA to provide effective service to both clients and applicants.

              The four-storey office building is located at the heart of Manila City. The corporate head office has   5 spacious client interview rooms with a 150-person sitting capacity briefing area/ testing area that  allows employers, staffs and interviewers to conduct applicant exams, orientations and seminars.

 

CORPORATE BRANCH OFFICE

     Primeworld Manpower Services (PMA) put up and maintains one (1) strategically-located branch office to give convince to the applicant for filing their application. This branch office is at the heart of CEBU city in Visayas, PMA uses this office  to increase the possibility and the number of opportunity in finding the right person for the right job.

      

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM

 

PMA provides an information system that serves fast and reliable service to their clients and applicants. Its network computers are protected by a comprehensive virus defense system, spam filter and firewall to avoid any trouble or disruption on their computers.

The website primeworld.ptjaviergroup.com allows applicants to view current job orders, schedule of upcoming interviews, available categories, requirements as per category. Applicants can also apply online and pass CVs thru the website. The website also allows clients to see the requirements needed for accreditation and the list of present and past partners of PMA.

 

  • Computer Information System

 

The PMA-CIS is an integrated database system of thousands of resumes maintained for reference. This system manages information from all stages of the recruitment process, from recruitment to deployment of applicants.

 

  • Branch Computer Network

 

Davao branch is connected to the head office network, which enables branch computers to access the main database (CIS) and update it. Applicant CVs and photos from the main servers are also directly accessible from Davao branch.

 

  • Internet Video Conferencing

 

PMA also communicates using internet video conferencing with their clients. The employers may conduct their interviews from the comfort of their own offices in their home countries thru Internet video conferencing using Skype.  Skype is revolutionary internet video conferencing software that allows you to interview applicants thru a web cam. Skype offer higher frames rates of up to 28 fps, providing fluid real-time video.

 

  • Message Texting or SMS

 

PMA recruitment personnels uses mobile phones and send/receive SMS to communicate to most of the applicants. This facility allows communicating faster and mobilizing information quickly.
